For your own comfort, we suggest you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment may result in a reduced or cancelled treatment time.
Cancellations
In the interests of all, we request that clients provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation, and 48 hours for beauty package. Should you not cancel with these guidlines a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Please inform reception if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are using Retin-A, Accutane, have had laser or plastic surgery, as some treatments may not be suitable for you.
