Harry safari - Guided history tours of CornwallIf you are coming to Cornwall, why not get to know it with a born and bred local man. Harry has a fund of knowledge and a way of imparting it with passion and humor.

Harry Glasson is your driver and guide, whose in-depth knowledge of the area will entertain and enlighten you. With him you will enjoy discovering the history, legends, landscape and wildlife of this beautiful county of Cornwall.

Harry explains;
"My business was established 17 years ago to share my love of Cornwall with our visitors, as so many people were coming to West Cornwall and in my opinion missing the heart and soul of the area. Based in Penzance I am a tour guide who has spent most of my life living and working in West Cornwall."

WHY YOU NEED US

Cornwall has always been a great place for relaxing and doing nothing, sitting on the cliff top, the beach, or the pub just watching the world drift by.

But increasingly more and more people want something else from their holiday. Fresh air, exercise, education, the great outdoors. Here in West Cornwall we can provide the perfect setting.

Anyone interested in things historical can have a field day here. There are over 800 archaeological sites in West Penwith alone, covering the stone, bronze and iron age.

Burial chambers, stone circles, standing stones, Iron Age hill forts and settlements, inscribed stones, holy wells, and a history of tin and copper production that spans 3000 years, all for you to visit.

The best way to see and get to understand the complex ancient history of Cornwall from stone circles to the present day is to take a tour with us and our guarantee is that if you don't enjoy our tour you don’t pay.

Harry has been entertaining and informing visitors to Cornwall now for seveneen years and has built a world-wide reputation for honest down to earth tours. The tours are conducted in a way that is fun, friendly and informative.

Our eight seat mini coach means that the groups will be small and can get around our lanes with ease and comfort. It saves you doing the driving.
