Penhale

dating back to the early part of the eighteenth century. Located
in the centre of the ancient market town of Marazion, this Grade
II listed property offers the perfect base to explore the Lizard
and the Lands End Peninsular. Just a few minutes away is a safe
and sandy beach that also offers access to the causeway leading
to historic St Michaels Mount. Nearby are the well known towns
of Penzance and St. Ives as well as the coastal villages of
Mousehole, Newlyn and Porthleven.
Upstairs the main bedroom has
a king size (five foot) brass bed with the second bedroom containing
two single beds. The bathroom, on the same floor, is fitted
with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs the living
room has a TV, DVD player/recorder, digital radio/CD/cassette,
telephone (honesty box) and free Wi-Fi internet access. The
generous sized kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer,
microwave and dishwasher. There is a walled patio garden at
the rear.
Prices start at £250 per
week and include bed-linen, electricity and car park permit
(parking approx. 50 yards away). Heating is by electric storage/convector
heaters with the option of using the multi-fuel stove if desired
(fuel not included).
