One of the best things about being a traveller is having the chance to try out delicious dishes from around the world.

It would be a shame to leave these flavours as past memories, so I began this page to keep a list of some of my favourites ... Spanish berza, Italian risotto, spicy delights from the Sichuan and Hunan provinces of China ... these are a few of my favourite things.
